Legal Hotline
The California Association of REALTORS® offers you the services of a legal hotline six days a week. One phone call to an attorney would cost you anywhere from $300 to $400.

Dispute Resolution
As a REALTOR® member, you will subscribe to a higher standard of ethics and your local and state associations offer mediation and arbitration services. Ethics disciplinary complaints are handled confidentially by your peers.

Education
As an NSCAR member, educational classes are offered to members at discounted rates and many at no cost to members. A savings of over $600 a year.

Legislative Advocacy
NSCAR has a full time Government Affairs Director that works hard to keep you informed of issues on the local, state and national levels that affect your business. The Association works with local government and the private sector to promote private and commercial property owner rights, affordable housing and home ownership.
