REALTOR® engagement is especially CRITICAL in this year’s election! REALTORS® are faced with two initiatives that could dramatically change housing opportunities, private property rights and the availability of affordable housing – one for the better and the other would make matters much worse.
Prop 5, the Property Tax Fairness Initiative. Prop 5 qualified for the ballot after C.A.R. submitted nearly 1 million voter signatures collected with the help of REALTORS.
