Yes on Prop 5, No on Prop 10!

REALTOR® engagement is especially CRITICAL in this year’s election!  REALTORS® are faced with two initiatives that could dramatically change housing opportunities, private property rights and the availability of affordable housing – one for the better and the other would make matters much worse.

Prop 5, the Property Tax Fairness Initiative.  Prop 5 qualified for the ballot after C.A.R. submitted nearly 1 million voter signatures collected with the help of REALTORS. You Got This On The Ballot – Now Let’s Help Get This Passed. VOTE YES ON 5. Volunteer to help, email . For more detailed information, click here.

Prop 10. This flawed proposition has No protections for renters, seniors, veterans or the disabled. No new affordable housing and No rent rollbacks. Vote No on Prop 10.  For more detailed information, click here.

There are a lot of challenges this fall, don’t let defending your business be one of them!

Can we count on YOU? Please contribute $20 to support Yes on Prop 5, No on Prop 10 and other local and state ballot measure efforts!

We are strong because of committed members like you who take the extra step and voluntarily contribute to protect their future.
